Training and standards

Our monitoring is provided through a ULC-listed central station, and we are members of CANASA, the Canadian Security Association. We are authorized dealers for the equipment we sell, including Honeywell, DSC, Qolsys and Alarm.com, which means our technicians are trained to install, program and support it.

We are members of the Canadian Federation of Independent Business. We are also members of the Better Business Bureau with A+ accreditation.

In the community

We are a long-term proud sponsor of the Easter Seals fundraiser in Windsor-Essex. We are long-term supporters of Optimist Club St. Clair Beach.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very pleased with both the sales/design process and installation of our new security system. Patrick was extremely helpful and thorough in helping us understand our security needs and options, all within our budget. The personal level of care made a huge difference!

The installation, done by Sahil, was also very professional and easy. He ensured that I was happy with everything and that the system was working well before leaving.

Would definitely recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been fortunate enough to utilize the services of Unique Communications over the many years that I have operated businesses in the Essex, Kent, and Lambton areas.
With competitive pricing, top notch equipment and customer first service Unique Communications made each phone system and security service a breeze. However, what I am most appreciative of is their quick response to any issues or service needs that arise over the years. Thank you to Steve Raby and the team at Unique Communications.
